شروط استخدام منصة صفقتي (Safqaty)
أهلاً بك في صفقتي. باستخدامك لهذا الموقع، أنت توافق على الالتزام بالقواعد التالية التي تضمن تجربة بيع وشراء آمنة للجميع:
1. صحة البيانات (الذمة والأمانة)
- يلتزم المعلن بتقديم معلومات حقيقية وصادقة عن السلعة، وذكر أي عيوب موجودة فيها بكل شفافية.
- يُمنع منعاً باتاً نشر إعلانات وهمية أو تضليلية بغرض التلاعب بالأسعار.
- يجب أن تكون الصور المرفقة هي الصور الحقيقية للسلعة وليست صوراً من الإنترنت (إلا في حالات الضرورة).
2. المحتوى المحظور
يُمنع نشر أي إعلانات تتعلق بالآتي:
- الأسلحة والمواد الخطرة.
- الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية التي تتطلب ترخيصاً.
- أي محتوى يخالف القيم والتقاليد السودانية أو يدعو للتمويل غير المشروع.
- السلع المجهولة المصدر أو المسروقة.
3. سياسة التقييم
- نظام التقييم في “صفقتي” يعتمد على تجربة المشتري الحقيقية.
- يُحظر استخدام التقييمات للإساءة الشخصية؛ التقييم يجب أن يكون عن “السلعة” و “التعامل” فقط.
4. إخلاء المسؤولية
- صفقتي هي منصة وسيطة تربط البائع بالمشتري فقط، ولا تتحمل أي مسؤولية عن جودة السلع المعروضة أو قانونيتها.
- تتم عمليات الدفع والتسليم والمعاينة مباشرة بين الطرفين؛ لذا ننصح دائماً بالمعاينة في أماكن عامة وآمنة.
5. العلامة المائية وحقوق الصور
- بمجرد رفعك للصور في “صفقتي”، سيتم وضع شعار الموقع تلقائياً لحماية إعلانك من السرقة في مواقع أخرى.

Welcome to Safqaty. By using our platform, you agree to comply with the following rules designed to ensure a safe and reliable buying and selling experience for everyone:
1. Accuracy of Information
- Sellers must provide truthful and accurate information about their items, including a clear mention of any existing defects.
- Posting fake or misleading ads for price manipulation is strictly prohibited.
- Uploaded photos should be actual images of the item, not stock photos from the internet (unless necessary).
2. Prohibited Content
The following types of advertisements are strictly forbidden:
- Weapons and hazardous materials.
- Medications or medical supplies requiring specific licenses.
- Any content that violates Sudanese values, traditions, or promotes illegal activities.
- Stolen or anonymous source goods.
3. Rating System
- The rating system on Safqaty is based on the actual buyer’s experience.
- Ratings should focus solely on the “Product” and “Transaction Quality”; personal insults are strictly prohibited.
4. Disclaimer
- Safqaty is an intermediary platform connecting buyers and sellers; we do not take responsibility for the quality or legality of the items listed.
- Payments, deliveries, and inspections are conducted directly between parties. We strongly advise meeting in safe, public locations for inspections.
5. Watermarking and Image Rights
- Once you upload photos to Safqaty, our logo will be automatically applied as a watermark to protect your listing from being copied to other sites.
